Disciplinary and Grievance Hearings
We are always on your side and can be with you, supporting you when you need us most at disciplinary and grievance hearings and appeals, providing you with advice and guidance on how to achieve the best possible outcome for you.
Settlement Agreements
Sometimes a settlement agreement (a binding contract that provides you with a payment in return for ending or not commencing legal action), is the best option. We can advise you on the merits of signing and implications of doing so, giving you peace of mind that you are doing the right thing.
Employment Tribunals
Whilst it is often better to avoid litigation, it is also important to know that if you do decide to pursue a matter, we can support you in this and, subject to our rules, we can fund your legal costs and provide you access to expert solicitors and barristers. Providing you confidence that we will fight for you.

Our History and Future
At MWR we are different. We were formed by a former HR Director, tired of seeing poor support options for employees when they need it the most. What we’ve set up is a flexible, accessible resource that is there when you need us. MWR gives access to top drawer support at an affordable price.

If you're not a member and something goes wrong we will still be there for you, for an agreed fixed fee we can support you through out your entire matter up to and including Employment Tribunals.
